Mother Takes Custody Away From Father and Allowed to Move to East Coast on Military Orders with Chil
Attorney Stephen Rocha argues for Father to lose custody due to questionable and poor parenting to Mother (Client) who also asks to move-away with Father due to Mother's current military husband changing duty stations to East Coast of United States. Mother granted custody and is also allowed to move away with child. Father tried during the legal process to prolong the matter and was shut down by court when opposed by Mother and Attorney Rocha.
